Cross-country France: the Luberon

On July 3 I left Brussels with the three monkeys, headed south.  Our first destination was Lyon, France.  After spending a night and enjoying French haute-cuisine at the yellow arches, we continued south to the Luberon.
Gorgeous country, even with a looming thunderstorm, we winded up and down and across the hills and valleys through Nyons, Sault and stopped for a three day sejour in Apt.
Saturday was Apt's market day which we  visited before most of the vendors had time to set up.  The fruits and veggies are right in season and super delicious.
A few 4th of July photos from the beautiful garden at the B&B:
Then we quit town and headed to the Abbaye de Senanque and back through Gordes.
